It also can be very ugly especially if you are not using the correct fonts and everything becomes disorganised. Creating a link page can be a good alternative except that the work of editing the link page time and time again can be very strenuous. So what should you do?

One of the easiest way is to install the WP Render Blogroll Links plugin to your blog. Output your Blogroll links to a Page or Post. Once installed, all you need to do is to create a link page and add the script below  [see how to install]  to your page all your WordPress Links/Blogrolls will be rendered. This extremely simple plug-in enables you to create your own Link page without having to write a custom template. Everytime you need to update the page, you just need to go to “Edit Link” at your wordpress dashboard and edit it as you are updating your blogroll as usual. It’s so easy and time saving.

The output can easily be styled with CSS. Each category with its links is encapsulated in a DIV with a classname called “linkcat”. All the links are attributed with the class “brlink”.

Additional features:
* Order link items the way you like them
* Can create selection of individual categories by name or ID(s).
* Show descriptions of the links next or under them.
* Option to remove titles from categories .

To Install:
1. Upload/extract the WP-Render-Blogroll folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
3. Place the script below in the post or page you want to use for links and you’re done.

Not that I don’t enjoy blogging anymore, it’s just that there are too many commitments & work (offline) this year for me plus my health condition is worse than the previous years.  A sign of age is catching up with me, perhaps?

As always, I warm myself up a bit by slightly re-designing the blog.  No theme change this time around, just change of colour and arrangement.  I have deleted my free directory page as I don’t think I have enough time to upadate the page.  I’m sorry to those who have submitted their blog to the directory.  You may remove link to my blog (if any) – feel free to keep it if you wish to, much appreciated.  I also removed the blogroll as I need the space to put up something else.  Again, I’m sorry and you may remove the link to my blog if you wish to.  Nevertheless, I have created a link page that display your blog there with link to your blog. I’m looking forward to a great weekend and hope that Roger Federer will win at Paris to complete the grand slam.  Can’t wait for Transformer 2 – Revenge of The Fallen to hit the theatre but for the moment I will settle for Terminator Salvation & Star Trek first.
