One of the most beautiful things about blogging is that you can earn some income while doing what you love most to do – Blogging. This is made possible by the rapid growth of online advertising over the past couple of years creating so many income oppurtunities for blogger from PPC programmes to affiliate marketing. To those who have never heard of Google Adsense, obviously you must be living on your own internet world. Many bloggers have actually earned up to 6 figures income monthly on Adsense alone and others have done quite well too. The success of Adsense has prompted many other companies to come up with similar ideas. I think you might also be interested with AdBrite, Adverlets, WidgetBucks or Bidvertiser. All you need to do is to register for FREE, copy the ads script and paste it to your blog and you are on the roll.
One alterative that I found very interesting is Text Link Ads. What I love about this programme is that it pays you monthly through Paypal. For me, Paypal is the most convenient method of payment as the payments are credited directly to your Paypal account and you can transfer the money to your bank’s account online immediately. You can withdraw it using your debit card at any ATM around the world or you can use the money to make online purchase of products that you like.
It is better than some companies that pay using cheques especially if you live far from USA like me. From the moment the cheques are issued to the time that you actually see the money, it takes about almost two months. Not to mention the bank and courier charges imposed on you. If your adsense income is only about USD 100, then you better don’think too much about it. Luckilly, Adsense has introduced new payment method using Western Union which is faster and with less deductions. I believe those in Malaysia that earn their Adsense income have already switched to this method since last year. If you have not, I suggest you start doing so or keep losing some RM every month.
To apply as Text Link Ads publishers, you first need to have an established blog. Those with low page ranks will not be accepted by Text Link Ads, so make sure you work out your blog first before submitting it to Text Link Ads. Like I said, registration is FREE and if you are using a wordpress platform blog, you will need to download and install the plugin first to make it work. Hmm… Tie ni pelik sikit. Tak suka letak ad dlm blog, rasa rimas je. Walaupun mungkin dapat income lebih, tapi setakat ni belum berminat lagi. Tengok la, esok2. Anyway, PR blog Tie cuma 2 je, hehe….mungkin tak layak kot.

Ads sebenarnya boleh dibuat penambah seri dan nampak lebih pro. Pasal income tu tak usah pikir. Ia boleh dtg dgn sendiri.

You don’t need credit card to apply for Paypal’s account. Debit Card will be sufficient and better option. If you in Malaysia and have a Maybank’s Bankcard, you can covert it to Visa Debit Card at any Maybank’s branch. The process take about 30 minutes and you’ll get your card within half and hour.
Registration with paypal will take less time than that depending on the speed of your internet connection.
