Blogging From Zero To 200!

Well, what do you know? I didn’t realize that I had actually posted 200 postings in this blog since its creation back in 2008. I only realized it this evening when moderating comments for my blog. As I finished deleting spams in my spam folder, I can see clearly the number on my dashboard – 200 postings. Not bad, don’t you think? Taking into account that I write in so many blogs, 200 postings for this blog alone in 2 years is probably above expectation. I hope to do better – maybe 400 postings in the next two years. Many thanks to readers of this blog for inspiring me to continue writing and contributing to the 1,017 comments that I received for this blog. I appreciate it very much.

Blogging (or rather website creation) for me started as a hobby at the turn of the century but lack of user-friendly software made me gave up blogging for a while. Although there is WYSIWYG software like Microsoft FrontPage in the early 2000’s, updating and designing website is still hard and time-consuming. With slow dial-up connection at 27kb/s, uploading files can take up to 3 to 4 hours. Plus, I’m no techno geek with zero knowledge of all programs language and script, everything seems difficult at that time. Nonetheless, my discovery of WordPress changed all that. Blogging becomes fun again.
