Blogging From Zero To 200!

Well, what do you know? I didn’t realize that I had actually posted 200 postings in this blog since its creation back in 2008. I only realized it this evening when moderating comments for my blog. As I finished deleting spams in my spam folder, I can see clearly the number on my dashboard – 200 postings. Not bad, don’t you think? Taking into account that I write in so many blogs, 200 postings for this blog alone in 2 years is probably above expectation. I hope to do better – maybe 400 postings in the next two years. Many thanks to readers of this blog for inspiring me to continue writing and contributing to the 1,017 comments that I received for this blog. I appreciate it very much.

Blogging (or rather website creation) for me started as a hobby at the turn of the century but lack of user-friendly software made me gave up blogging for a while. Although there is WYSIWYG software like Microsoft FrontPage in the early 2000’s, updating and designing website is still hard and time-consuming. With slow dial-up connection at 27kb/s, uploading files can take up to 3 to 4 hours. Plus, I’m no techno geek with zero knowledge of all programs language and script, everything seems difficult at that time. Nonetheless, my discovery of WordPress changed all that. Blogging becomes fun again.

MATTA Fair 2010

MATTA Fair (Malaysia’s Travel Fair) is BACK and set to be held at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) from 3^rd September 2010 to 5^th September 2010. The 2010 MATTA Fair will comprise of Halls 3, 2 and 1 at PWTC with over 890 booths available. Registration (for Exhibitors) for MATTA Fair has started since 14^th June 2010 and the response has been very good. Most booths have already been taken up. The National Tourism Organisations of Australia, Korea, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Japan and Turkey will also be taking part in the fair.
